FPD Asia specializes in the management of real estate properties such as residential and commercial condominium buildings, retail developments and high-end villages. Our very professional property management experts focus on the operation and maintenance of common areas of the managed property as well as other administrative functions of the Client which include Finance, Technical/Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping.
FPD Asia’s Property Management expertise is available for you even for consultation purposes only. Whether it be for a short term basis only, the quality of service we provide you will be of the same undiminished quality.
Facilities Management
FPD Asia has been entrusted by its growing clientele to manage their non-core activities. The integration of people, place, process and technology allows its Clients to focus and concentrate on their main businesses.
Facilities Management services may include one or more of the following: helpdesk operations, reception and office services, car fleet management, plant and equipment maintenance services and such other non-core activities of the Client.
Estate Management
Our services include overall management of the facility including housekeeping, financial requirements, administrative matters and general maintenance of the property. Rest assured, your property is well taken care of like our own while you are away.
Financial Management
FDP Asia shall provide you with an integrated system to keep track of your financial matters. These may include records of your financial statements, BIR documents, annual audited reports, and other financial records. Preparation of Annual Operating Budgets, CAPEX requirements, banking transaction requirements, disbursements, financial reports, documents pertaining to audit and tax purposes, can also be included. This is all possible through the use of a proprietary software system for financial reporting which shall be utilized by our Property Manager.
Technical and Safety Audit
In our commitment to provide world-class service, FPD Asia conducts regular routine and preventive maintenance services to its managed properties. An annual comprehensive check, to inspect, calibrate and test all building equipment and facilities to ensure that the property facilities are maintained and are fully functioning, in keeping with the highest safety standards is a must. This includes mechanical, electrical, civil and other engineering-related concerns throughout the managed property.

Engineering Services and Consulting
Engineering Services FPD Asia provides expert technical and engineering services and expert advice to its clients and managed properties. These services include project management, property/building technical audit, engineering consulting, preventive and corrective maintenance and assistance.

FPD Asia has adopted the INFORMATION FOR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE (IFCA) Property Management System. IFCA is a world-renowned software that specializes in providing business solutions for the real estate industry. The system includes financial and non-financial modules.
Action Team
Composed of multi-skilled technical personnel who are on-call 24/7 to provide emergency assistance to our customers: The response time is set at 45 minutes for Makati Area, 1 hour for Ortigas and Manila areas and within 2 hours for areas outside of Metro Manila. The turnaround time (TAT) is measured from receipt of assistance call to the actual arrival at the site.
