FPD Asia recently partnered
with real estate company Bizdevco to form the new FPD Global Integrated
Services, Inc. Present during the signing of the agreement were founding
officers ( seated from left): Jose Gil Perez, president; Elizabeth Rabuy,
chairman; Mike Pimentel, treasurer. Standing from left: Jose Magsaysay,
director; Marvin Da Silva, vice chairman and general manager; Engr. Lito
Adia, corporate secretary, and Engr. Vic Enriquez, director.
FPD Global aims to expand the property management business of the FPD
Asia Group to other countries in the Southeast Asian Region. Locally, it
will handle the consultancy and agency business of the FPD Asia Group as
well as retail property management.
