Every last Friday of the month, the FPD Asia family, gather together to celebrate the birthdays of all the monthly celebrants at Paul Calvin's Deli, Taguig City.

The “Birthday Breakfast,” spearheaded by the Human Resources Department-Employee Relations, is an event where all FPD Asia birthday celebrants gather together for breakfast with our beloved Director and General Manager, Ms. Beth G. Rabuy.  The celebrants are treated to a morning of fun, games and exciting prizes and a chance to meet other employees of the company from other projects.  HRMD prepares activities which promote core values and camaraderie among employees.

HRMD invites everyone to support this project by way of attending the event.  They are also encouraging non-celebrants to send “Sureprizes” in the form of a gift, song or a message to the celebrants to make them feel special and remembered.

We look forward to seeing you in the next birthday breakfasts!

Kensington Place
November 25, 2010

The last Quarterly Building Manager’s meeting for the year 2010 was held at the Kensington Place, with Mr. Vinz Valle, Building manager, acting as the master of ceremonies. The event highlighted two very important agenda in relation with the recent regulatory and statutory requirements such as the R.A 8495 also known as the “Mechanical Engineering Law” as well as the “EPIRA Law”.

These two sanctioned government decrees are expected to impact the course of the Property Management Industry taking into consideration that the provisions under these laws entail costly and tedious compliance.  With this in mind, conformity is seen as a hard-wearing issue for the building managers, building owners and associations.  Rufino Tower Building Manager, Engr. Jun Sacay, effectively gave a detailed presentation of what EPIRA Law is all about and its material effect to our managed properties.

FPD Asia’s new business alliance was also presented.  This would further expand its offered services, as FPD collaborated with an Interior Design and Architectural firm called “PLAN B”.  The firm’s strong point is design creativity and technical management services. These companies combined their competencies with a common vsion of creating a one-stop-shop for integrated property and facilities management services for its clients that include legal consultancy to real estate brokerage, to construction and fit-out management to property management services.

The new Management Report (MR) format was also presented and discussed by Operations Managers, Lester Gonzales and Ferdie Posadas.  With the redesigning of the new MR, all the essential information concerning the day-to-day operation of the project will be more concise.

The venue of the last Quarterly Building Manager’s Meeting is also managed by FPD Asia.
