OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Male / Female not more than 45 years old
• 5-8 years extensive experience as area manager in Property and Facilities Management operations covering all areas i.e. administration, general services, accounting, engineering, housekeeping and security services
• Preferably graduate of Engineering, Business Management or other related course; Professional License / Masteral Degree an advantage
• Preferably with experience in an ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2009 and OSHAS environment

BUILDING MANAGER

• Male / Female not more than 40 years old
• Preferably graduate of Engineering, Business Management or other related course; with Professional License / Masteral Degree an advantage
• At least 3 years work experience in Property or Facilities Management of high-rise commercial or residential buildings

• Male, not more than 40 years old
• Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• 1 to 2 years experience in property management
• Preferably with experience in an ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2009 and OSHAS environment

SHIFT ENGINEERS

• Male, not more than 40 years old
• Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• At least 2-3 years work experience in installation, operation and maintenance of vertical or horizontal property equipment and facilities.
• Must be able to lead a technical team for routine and emergency situations.
• With good communication skills and pleasing personality.
• Must be physically fit for a SHIFTING schedule.
• Must be willing to work at Taguig, Makati
• Pollution Control Certification is an advantage

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS

• FEMALE; not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Knowledgeable in Financial Statements preparation
• Knowledgeable in IFCA (Information for Competitive Advantage)
• With excellent written and oral communication skills
• At least one (1) year working experience in Property Management
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned anywhere within NCR
