The company was formed last August 2006 as a joint venture with a well-known Property Developer - LANDCO PACIFIC CORPORATION (LANDCO). LANDCO is a multi-product real estate development firm engaged in high-end residential resorts, leisure farms, first home residential developments, shopping centers, central business districts and memorial parks. The properties managed by FPD Landco ensures only the best results which leaves our clients in awe, pleased that they can enjoy these luxuries. Some of its notable projects include Terrazas de Punta Fuego in Batangas, Ponderosa Leisure Farms in Cavite to name a few. The joint venture aims to deliver professional property management in all LANDCO projects and developments.
Since 2007, MyHometel has provided hotels that are centrally located in key destinations and cities. It is an affiliate management company that focuses on the management of budget hotels to ensure the best value for your money and comfort. It is currently managing five (5) hotels: two (2) in Cebu, one in General Santos City, one in Makati and in Paranaque, ensuring the hotel guests proximity to restaurants, commercial establishments, offices and major shopping centers. In some hotels, myHometel even offers free transport pick-up from airport or bus terminals or ports.
